Ordering, Shipping and Handling


All print books are shipped by Ingram Publisher Services. Below are the available shipping options. Please note that all shipments outside of the United States are not trackable.

Note: As you may have read in your local paper there is currently a worldwide shipping crisis which is leading to unpredictable shipping times. We are doing our best to get your books to you as soon as possible but ask for your patience during this time.

Please Note:

  • International orders are NOT trackable and while they normally take 10-14 days, though it can sometimes take up to 30 days to reach their final destination
  • Shipping prices and delivery schedules are subject to change. Ingram utilizes a variety of carriers in order to provide the most efficient and economical service to our customers. Changes made by carriers may affect quoted pricing and delivery schedules without notice.

Prices do not include VAT, GST, or other applicable value-added or sales taxes. Customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, GST or other value-added.

Pre-Order Policy

You are now able to pre-order a book prior to its release date. This allows you to be confident that you’ll get the book as soon as it’s available from us. We will not charge your credit card until the book is ready to download (ebook) or ship (physical book). Please note, however, that you may see a pre-authorization charge appear on your credit card statement for the full amount of your order. This is not a charge, it is just verifying that the credit card is valid at the time of the order. We will also alert you via email of any date changes that occur.
Our policy for pre-orders is as follows:
  • For ebooks, you’ll be able to pre-order approximately one month before the ebook publishes.
  • For physical books, you’ll be able to pre-order approximately two or three months before the book publishes.
  • For bundles, where you purchase both the ebook and physical book at once, as soon as the ebook is available, you’ll be able to download it and we’ll charge your credit card for that part of the order. When the physical book is in stock, we’ll send it to you and charge your card for the remainder of the order.

Coupon Code Policy

We offer new and different deals all the time on our website and in our newsletter! (Sign up for the newsletter to be the first to know about these deals.) Unfortunately, we are not able to retroactively apply a current coupon code to a past purchase, nor are we able to accept or apply codes after their expiration date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but know that another great deal is just around the corner!

Processing Time

All orders require a processing time of 1 to 2 business days before shipping. Please add this to the estimated delivery times for the chosen ship method.


Enclosed with your shipment, you will receive an invoice documenting product charges, applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. Your invoice will state that your order has been prepaid by credit card. Your credit card will not be billed until the product ships.

Sales Tax

RockyNook.com is required to collect state sales tax for orders shipped to California.

Print Book Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, providing they are in new (resalable) condition. Please enclose the original receipt with your return.

Original shipment and handling charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with the returns shipment. No COD returns will be accepted.

Please use the supplied returns label on the outside of your return package.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped goods, please contact customer service at info@rockynook.com.
