Ordering, Shipping & Returns FAQ

Processing Times

All orders require a processing time of 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipping. Please add this to the estimated delivery times for your chosen shipping method.

All printed books are processed and shipped by Ingram Publisher Services and ship from their main facility center in Tennessee. There is a small chance that your order may ship from one of Ingram Publisher Services secondary facilities in Pennsylvania, Indiana, or Oregon.

Please note that shipping prices and delivery schedules are subject to change. Ingram utilizes a variety of carriers in order to provide the most efficient and economical service to our customers. Changes made by carriers may affect quoted pricing and delivery schedules without notice.

Once your order is placed and received, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from Rocky Nook provided to the email associated with the account used to check out. Once you order has shipped you will receive an additional notice from Rocky Nook confirming your order has shipped and will include your tracking information if applicable – see International Shipping Times. Please allow at least 24hrs for your tracking information to become active before attempting to track your package.

eBook Orders

When you purchase an eBook from Rocky Nook, your Order Confirmation email will include the download links for your eBook files. You may also access your eBook files via your Account page.

Shipping Options and Shipping Times

Below are the available shipping options for domestic and international shipments.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to keep international shipping accessible, our international shipping options are NOT trackable. While shipments normally take 10-14 days to arrive, it can sometimes take up to 30 days a shipments to reach its final global destination.

Pre-order Policy

Rocky Nook offers the option to pre-order a book prior to its release date. This allows you to be confident that you’ll get the book as soon as it’s available from us. Full payment for pre-orders are charged at the time of order.

Our policy for pre-orders is as follows:

Billing

Enclosed with your shipment, you will receive an invoice documenting product charges, applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. Your invoice will state that your order has been prepaid by credit card. You will be billed at time of purchase.

Sales Tax

RockyNook.com is required to collect state sales tax for orders shipped to California.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, providing they are in new (resell-able) condition. Please enclose the original invoice with your return.

This applies only to items purchased at www.rockynook.com, if you purchased an item outside of www.rockynook.com, please refer the the original place of purchase for their return policy.

Original shipment and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with the returns shipment. We do not provide return labels. No COD returns will be accepted.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped goods, please contact customer service at info@rockynook.com.

Exchanges

We do not accept items for exchange. If you purchased an item and would like something else, refer to the Return Policy, follow the instructions to return your item for a full refund, then place a new order at www.rockynook.com.

Order Changes

If you have placed an order and would like to change it, please reach out to us here, with your name and order number for cancellation. We will do our best to cancel your order so that you may place a new order with your desired changes. If you order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it and you will have to initiate a return.

Coupon Code Policy

Sign up for the newsletter to be the first to know about a variety of discount deals and exclusive offers. Unfortunately, we are not able to retroactively apply a current coupon code to a past purchase, nor are we able to accept or apply codes after their expiration date. Unless stated otherwise, most coupons cannot be applied to limited edition or special release items.
