To me, this is a very interesting book. Many years ago, I tried Concert Photography (and Broadway Show Photography) without a lot of success; the main reason; I wasn’t allowed to use a flash.
This book is beautifully written with some spectacular imagery; but the highlights are the hints and tips the author provides. As a long time, photographer, a really enjoyed Mr. Beerens use of a light meter.
I know most photographers are not into this type of imagery, but I urge you all to give it a shot……. the results can be amazing, and his techniques can be used for other venues.
